Thank you to all members who registered their quilts. Registration for our 2025 show closed on February 15, 2025.

Any member who submits a quilt must volunteer a minimum of 5 hours for the show. Most folks volunteer during the show weekend, but there are other options if you are unable to physically attend the show and still want to submit a quilt. If that’s the case, please reach out to Martha McDonald (texasmcd@hotmail.com) and Kirsten Fisher (kf7willows@gmail.com) for other options.
Volunteering at the show
Everyone who has volunteered for the show has been assigned to two work shifts. Please find your name on the assignment list using the link below. Be sure to check each of the three tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheets.
Dropping off your quilt
Registered quilts may be dropped off at the April 12 meeting. Merrie Handfinger will also be accepting quilt drop-offs at her home (522 Rugby Road, Brooklyn, New York 11226) on Thursday, April 24, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. If you need to schedule a different day/time to drop off your quilt to Merrie, please contact her at 917-923-2271.
ALL QUILTS MUST BE DROPPED OFF TO MERRIE NO LATER THAN APRIL 24.
Please follow these instructions before dropping off your quilts.
Attach a hanging sleeve to the back of your quilt (click this link for instructions on how to make a hanging sleeve).
Place a label on the back of your quilt with your name and the name of the quilt (and any other information you would normally put on your quilt label).
Place a label on a pillowcase with your name, the name of your quilt, and your contact number (each quilt must be placed in its own labeled pillowcase).
If your quilt is too large for a pillowcase, please put it in a bag that is large enough. Each quilt must be in its own separate bag.
Attach two safety pins to each pillowcase (which will be used to pin the pillowcase to the back of your quilt when they’re hanging in the show).
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you drop off your quilt(s), you will be given a separate receipt for each quilt. Do not misplace the receipt(s) as they will be needed when you pickup your quilt(s) at the end of the show. If you ask someone else to pick up your quilt(s) at the end of the show, that person must have the receipt(s) in order to pickup your quilt(s).
