Quilt registration and requirements
All Guild members may submit up to two quilts into the April show as well as your Round Robin quilt if you participated in the 2024 Round Robin Challenge. Please fill out a separate registration form for each quilt you’re submitting. If you are submitting two regular show quilts, you will need to prioritize them just in case we can only display one quilt per member. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL MEMBERS TO SUBMIT AT LEAST ONE QUILT!! We love showing off everyone’s work!

All quilts must be registered by 11:59 p.m. on February 15, 2025 (the day of our monthly meeting). We highly recommend everyone register online, if possible. Andrew Hansen and Juile Katzenberger will be at the February meeting with their laptops to register folks online if they need assistance. Kirsten Fisher will be on hand to photograph people’s quilt tops if they need help.
When registering your quilt, you must submit a photo of the completed quilt top so that we know the exact size, color scheme, and style of each quilt. You will still have several weeks to actually complete your quilts before you must physically hand them in to be hung in the show, but the quilt tops must be completed by the February 15 deadline. Any submitted quilt can be no larger than 92” x 92”.
Any member who submits a quilt must volunteer a minimum of 5 hours for the show. Most folks volunteer during the show weekend, but there are other options if you are unable to physically attend the show and still want to submit a quilt. If that’s the case, please reach out to Martha McDonald (texasmcd@hotmail.com) and Kirsten Fisher (kf7willows@gmail.com) for other options.
